Refund Policy
Effective date: 30 July 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for one time purchases of a perpetual iNoon software licence. iNoon is developed and licensed by Cosmic Noon PTY LTD in Western Australia.
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for iNoon purchases. Paddle processes the payment, applicable tax, receipt, and any approved refund.
1. One Time Purchase
An iNoon purchase is a one time payment for a perpetual software licence. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The licence key is normally delivered to the purchase email address shortly after Paddle confirms payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. Paddle may consider a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of the transaction, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
You may also be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy when iNoon is faulty, not as described, not fit for its stated purpose, or where applicable consumer law otherwise requires it.
3. Change of Mind and Compatibility
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, a refund is not guaranteed because you changed your mind, no longer need the software, found an alternative, or did not check the published system and device requirements before purchasing.
If iNoon is not working as expected, contact us before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve installation, activation, device connection, or compatibility problems quickly.
4. How to Request a Refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. Paddle will use its transaction records to confirm the purchase and assess the request.
You may also email info@inoon.app with the email address used for the purchase, your Paddle transaction or order reference, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send full card or payment account details. Cosmic Noon PTY LTD can help investigate the product issue, but Paddle must process any monetary refund.
5. Approved Refunds
Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Paddle, the payment provider, and applicable law.
When a transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding iNoon licence may be revoked. A chargeback may also temporarily suspend the licence while the payment dispute is reviewed.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory withdrawal right, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where local law or Paddle's terms provide greater protection, that greater protection applies.
For Australian consumers, rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
Cosmic Noon PTY LTD may update this Refund Policy when iNoon's sales arrangements or applicable requirements change. The version available at the time of purchase should be read together with the Paddle buyer terms and refund policy that apply to the transaction.
